Ataíde Semedo Cuvée Brut Sparkling 2021 it is a traditional method sparkling wine, fermented in the bottle, with the remuage made by hand.

Straw yellow color with a slight greenish tinge. Closed aroma with notes of yeast and resin. Elegant, very fine bubble, some creaminess, delicate citrus, some brioche and a slight mineral touch. Ample, good persistence, with a harmonious finish and some intensity.
