Doravante White 2021 was born from Arinto vines that are around 30 years old and very old vines from Bical and Cercial. It is a different approach to these grapes and to the expression of the clay-limestone soils and the Atlantic climate of the region.
Malolactic fermentation occurred spontaneously, giving rise to a richer and more complex profile, but with the lightness and freshness as always.

Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Bical and Cercial in used barrels and Arinto in vat.

Tasting Notes

Beautiful citrus notes surrounded by hints of butter and spice to add complexity. In the mouth it is very creamy but very fresh and light. Great texture and very long finish.
