Giz Vinha das Cavaleiras 2018

Originating in Bairrada, between the foothills of Serra do Buçaco and the sea, Giz Vinha das Cavaleiras 2018 is born, a wine that uniquely expresses the characteristics of the limestone soils from which it comes. Coming from centuries-old vines, from the berry variety planted in poor and rocky soils, the raw material here is scarce, but extremely precious. Produced in total commitment to nature, the intervention in the natural process is minimal, both in the vineyard and in the winery.

It presents well-defined and delicate aromas of ripe red fruit, blueberry and light floral notes. Forest floor, vanilla, spice and licorice add aromatic complexity. In the end we obtain a wine without masks, authentic, structured, elegant and complex, full of individuality and character. A Big Baga full of Class.
