Herdade do Cebolal Xisto Red 2014 is the most talkative and explosive brother of this producer. The bunches of grapes are selected and chosen manually. The wine was fermented and aged without temperature control in clay presses and stainless steel fermentation vats for one year. It represents an Atlantic wine with some aromas reminiscent of red fruits, the typical flowers of the Touriga Nacional variety.
It is a wine that presents the typical fresh fruit of the Atlantic, but it is very powerful and vigorous, with a long finish.
