Ideal Red 2019 is a wine with a young, rich and complex aroma. It has a good structure, fine and elegant, with very well-integrated tannins and good acidity that gives a long and very pleasant aftertaste, suggesting a good evolution in the bottle. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
After a careful selection in the vineyard, these grapes (Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Jaen) were transported to the winery in 15kg boxes in order to respect and preserve the integrity of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation took place in thermoregulated stainless steel vats and lasted 6 weeks, followed by malolactic fermentation that took place in French oak barrels for 18 months. After several tastings of all the barrels designed for this wine, the IDEAL barrels were chosen in order to compose a harmonious and respectful wine batch.
