Kompassus Sparkling Blanc de Noirs 2017 is produced from the Baga variety of old vines, resulting in a sparkling wine with a very fine and persistent bubble. Aroma of dried fruits, toasted bread and subtle notes of red fruits. In the mouth it has a crunchy mousse, a very present acidity that gives it irreverence, originality and long persistence.
