The Monte Branco Tinto 2018 is the top of the range wine from Adega do Monte Branco. Produced only in exceptional years, it represents the best of two plots: Alicante Bouschet in schist soils and Aragonez in limestone soils.
It is a wine meant for aging, austere, mysterious, and profound. It has a garnet color with high concentration and great aromatic complexity. In the mouth, it is voluminous and deep, with good structure and acidity that prolong the finish. It is a firm and characterful wine with good aging potential.
