Pedaços Douro Red 2021

Pedaços Douro Red 2021 is vinified by crushing and total destemming. Fermentation takes place in an open press at controlled temperature. The Touriga Nacional variety, characterized by being able to produce balanced wines with a lot of personality, gave great emphasis to the freshness and persistence of the wine.
Aroma of red fruits and a little vegetable and in the mouth it has a notorious but polished tannins which, together with the excellent freshness, make the finish tense, long and deep.
