Poeira Red 2018

Poeira Red 2018 was born from the desire to make a wine that was balanced and elegant, not heavy, tannic and boring. Unlike wines sustained in tannin, Poeira is sustained in acidity, although these are quite notorious. Touriga’s fruity and floral elegance and subtlety blend here with earthy notes, heather, aromatic herbs, blueberries, with brilliant complexity and finesse. The tannins are perfect, highly polished, and the freshness runs through the wine from end to end, leaving a very long and classy finish.
