Quinta da Pellada Tounot 2016 wine was vinified naturally with minimal extraction and indigenous yeasts and without the aid of pumps. It aged for 30 months in used barrels. The aroma shows great complexity, with plums and red fruit aromas. Very elegant on the palate, with great structure, firm freshness and velvety tannins. It is subtle, with intense fruit flavors and impressive acidity.
