Quinta das Bágeiras Garrafeira White 2019

Quinta das Bágeiras Garrafeira White 2019 is vinified in an open spout where it remains between 24 and 36 hours to decant through natural use. At the end of this process, or more is transferred to old wooden barrels of 2500L, where several fermentations have already been carried out. It is bottled without any type of filter or gluing (clarification process, which can drag like proteins) and not always in the same month, as the wine itself is left to decide when it is ready to be bottled.

Quinta das Bágeiras only assigns the designation Garrafeira to its best wines from exceptional vintages.
