Winemaking

The wine fermented and aged in used Burgundy barrels (French oak). It then passed into a small wooden barrel where it remained until bottling without any collage or filtering.

Tasting Notes

In the mouth it reveals body, powerful tannins but in harmony with the acidity and very long finish.
