Quinta Várzea da Pedra Arinto 2021 is a wine influenced by the Atlantic climate, namely the mesoclimate of Serra do Montejunto and Lagoa de Óbidos. The harvest is done manually for 10kg boxes, with total destemming, soft pressing and stainless steel fermentation. Aging for 11 months on fine lees in a stainless steel tank.
Citrus colored wine, with a very pronounced mineral aroma, typical of the variety and proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. Very fresh and intense in the mouth, with a very persistent aftertaste.
