The Quinta Várzea da Pedra Fernão Pires 2021 wine is a wine influenced by the Atlantic climate, namely by the mesoclimate of Serra do Montejunto and Lagoa de Óbidos. The harvest is done manually for 10kg boxes, with total destemming, soft pressing and stainless steel fermentation. 12 months aging on fine lees in a stainless steel tank. 3449 bottles were produced.
Wine with a delicate aroma of fresh tropical fruits and some minerality. In the mouth it is elegant, creamy, fresh on the palate, with good structure and a very pleasant and persistent finish.
