Quinta Várzea da Pedra Sauvignon Blanc 2019 is a wine influenced by the Atlantic climate, namely the mesoclimate of Serra do Montejunto and Lagoa de Óbidos. The harvest is done manually in 10 kg boxes, with total destemming, gentle pressing and natural fermentation.
A citrus-colored wine with a mineral and vegetable aroma (asparagus and cut grass), typical of the variety and its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. Very fresh, complex and intense in the mouth, with a very persistent aftertaste.
