João Tavares da Pina Rufia Red 2018 is a low intervention wine with medium body and many flavors of bright red fruits and a slight vegetable. In the mouth, the acidity and the notorious tannins give it a lot of energy for a red wine neither heavy nor too light. It may have a slight peak (sense of gas that disappears after 2 or 3 minutes in the glass or after decanting).
This wine was vinified and aged without the addition of sulphites and without the use of any oenological product, with only a little sulfur in the bottling.
