Sem Igual Pet-Nat 2019

Sem Igual Pet-Nat 2019 has an expressive and slightly fruity aroma with a great freshness in the mouth. To avoid the extraction of an intense color, the grapes are soft and quickly pressed with dry ice (it cools and protects the masses with CO2) and to thin the must before fermentation a gelatin of vegetable origin (pea protein) was used. There may be a deposit so be careful not to shake the bottle too much.
