It features a persistent cord, with a fine and elegant bubble. The nose is intense, with notes of dried fruit, vanilla and toast. A voluminous and fresh sparkling wine, with a beautiful balance in the acidity that gives it longevity in the aftertaste. A very gastronomic sparkling wine, ideal to accompany meals.
