Esmero White 2019 is a wine produced from a batch of an old vine planted in a transitional soil from schist to granite. The harvest was carried out in mid-September with manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes, sorting in a choice mat, pressing and cold decanting for 24 hours; fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
It has a complex aroma, with little intense aromas of fruits and white flowers. Elegant on the palate with lots of freshness and peach and melon flavors.
