The Procura na Ânfora White 2018 comes from an exceptional 85-year-old vineyard, located at an altitude of 700 meters in the Serra de São Mamede. The Ânforas, or Talhas, are the traditional winemaking system in Alentejo, although the “Whites of Talha” were traditionally vinified with skin contact and without temperature control.
