Quinta das Bágeiras Garrafeira White 2018

Quinta das Bágeiras Garrafeira White 2018 is vinified from an open spout where it remains for between 24 and 36 hours to decant through natural use. At the end of this process, or more is transferred to old wooden barrels of 2500L, where several fermentations have already been carried out. It is bottled without any type of filter or gluing (clarification process, which can drag like proteins) and not always in the same month, as the wine itself is left to decide when it is ready to be bottled.
