Quinta das Bágeiras Garrafeira Red 2016 was born from grapes of the Baga variety, from vines over 75 years old, planted in the best clay-limestone soils in the region. The harvest took place in September, harvesting the perfectly ripe fruit and fermentation took place in small presses, without destemming.

Wine of great longevity, although you can drink it now, as long as it is accompanied by red meat and decanted at least an hour in advance. Of course it will be better with another 5 years of custody. It is also expected that it can be kept for at least 10 years, with a positive evolution.
