Baga Duck is a low intervention wine that results from the exclusive use of grapes from autochthonous varieties (Bairrada region), from small editions and reveals unexpected sensations that raise questions! They minimized the use of sulfur dioxide, the wines are not always filtered and the wines are vegan (they do not use any animal products during the entire manufacturing process). This wine has no harvest age as it is a blend of 4 different vintages (2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018) combined to achieve the perfect balance.
Elegant wine, very fresh, polished tannins and a relatively long finish. Relaxed wine to drink with just a few tapas and good conversation. Of course, it also goes well with vegan dishes, pasta, roasted fish and white meat.
